Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 12 July 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aviprep, Aviation2day Blog and Aviation Crew Logbook ("ACL"), together the "Services", provided by Aviation2Day Services, referred to as "Aviation2Day", "we", "us", or "our". By downloading, accessing, or using either Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

These Terms & Conditions cover Aviation2Day Services as a whole, including general use of Aviprep, Aviation2day Blog and Aviation Crew Logbook. Each product may have additional, more specific terms that apply within the app itself (such as subscription details, in-app purchase terms, or feature-specific rules). Where an in-app term conflicts with this page, the in-app term applies to that specific feature. Please review the terms shown inside Aviprep or Aviation Crew Logbook directly for the most current product-specific terms.

1. Who Can Use Our Services

You must be at least 16 years old to use Aviprep, and at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to hold an individual, organisation, or supervisor account on Aviation Crew Logbook. By using the Services you confirm you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Aviprep

Aviprep is a mobile application that gives you access to aviation exam study materials from third-party publishers (including FAA and EASA sourced content) inside the app.

  • Publisher content is licensed for in-app reading only. You may not copy, screenshot for redistribution, print, extract, resell, or otherwise share publisher materials outside the app.
  • Aviprep is free to download. Certain features or content may be offered as paid add-ons in the future; any such pricing will be clearly shown before purchase.
  • Study materials are provided for exam preparation purposes only and do not replace official regulatory publications, your training organisation’s syllabus, or professional instruction.

3. Aviation Crew Logbook (ACL)

ACL is a cloud-based crew records management service with separate portals for Pilots, Engineering/AME, Supervisors, and Organisations.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of flight, maintenance, and record data you or your organisation enter into ACL. Aviation2Day does not verify the accuracy of user-entered records.
  • ACL is a records management tool and is not a certified or regulator-approved logbook replacement unless explicitly stated for your jurisdiction. You remain responsible for meeting any regulatory record-keeping requirements that apply to you.
  • Organisation accounts may grant supervisors read-only statistical access to the records of pilots and engineers within that organisation, as configured by the organisation administrator.
  • New subscriptions include a 3-month free trial. After the trial, continued use of paid features requires an active subscription. Pricing and available plans are shown at checkout and may change with notice.

4. Payments

Paid features are processed through third-party payment gateways. By making a payment you also agree to the applicable terms of the payment processor used at checkout. Aviation2Day does not store your full payment card details. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

5. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at info@aviation2day.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any aviation regulatory requirement;
  • Attempt to extract, scrape, or redistribute publisher study content from Aviprep;
  • Falsify records entered into Aviation Crew Logbook;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user’s account or data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Aviation2Day name, Aviprep and Aviation Crew Logbook branding, app design, and underlying software are owned by Aviation2Day Services. Third-party publisher content within Aviprep remains the property of the respective publishers and is licensed to Aviation2Day for distribution in-app.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Aviation2Day does not guarantee that study materials in Aviprep are complete, error-free, or sufficient to pass any specific examination, or that ACL records will be accepted by any specific regulator or employer. You are responsible for verifying information against official regulatory sources.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aviation2Day shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including exam outcomes, lost records, or lost income.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
